Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare for Shipment
Carefully repackage your items in their original Edward Martin protective boxing to ensure no damage occurs during transit; please include all hardware and assembly instructions.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
